Don Jorge Salles Cuervo is a descendant to one of the most renowned tequila families. His deep-rooted passion for quality and taste led him to the Highlands of Jalisco where Blue Weber Agave is naturally sweeter. He also knew the importance of water and need for rich minerals to distill a premium spirit. Don Jorge set on a quest to combine these critical elements and make them the cornerstones of El Tequileño. All our tequilas are distilled exclusively in copper pot stills. We use this type of still since copper better removes unwanted impurities, resulting in a pure tequila that is full of character. El Tequileno is certified "additive-free". NOM1108

Charles Bieler and Joel Gott have been friends and winemaking collaborators since 2002. Collectively they produce more than 2 million cases of wine a year across several brands.
A non-alcoholic project for a large chain led to experimentation with agave, in lieu of de-alc wine, which was infinitely more interesting. As they learned about new extraction processes that allowed fast on-set, no-flavor THC they changed course and haven’t looked back.
In late 2024 the pair partnered with GTI, a leader in the cannabis industry, to further develop and grow the Senorita Brand.
SEÑORITA WAS BORN- The idea of a delicious, fresh ingredient, low calorie (just 70 calories!), no hangover alternative to alcohol was just too irresistible.

We founded Dad’s Hat Rye because we want to do it the right way. By hand, in small batches, using only natural, local ingredients and the most careful methods.
